At Shalvi Fashion Home, we want you to love every piece you wear. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Log into your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and state the reason for the request.

  Pack the Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are intact and the garments are unworn and unwashed.

• 3.
  Handover to Courier

  A scheduled pickup will be arranged within 48 hours; please hand over the securely sealed package to our logistics partner.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality team inspects and approves the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
